Please note, if you need or choose to hire a machine whilst your equipment is being repaired, neither Monaghan hire nor the manufacturer is liable, or will compensate for any subsequent hire charges, which may be incurred. It is the customer is responsibility to return the machine either to Monaghan hire or a dealer for repair, and the customer will be liable for any carriage charges incurred.

Prices & payment
Prices are displayed in € euro and are valid in the Island of Ireland only. Prices are inclusive of VAT (21.5%) at the current rates but do not include delivery charges. These will be notified to you and applied after you select your shipping method. Promotional prices (where the previous price is struck through) indicate that these prices were listed at the original price prior to this reduction.
Monaghan hire accepts VISA, LASER CARD, MASTERCARD. Monaghan hire uses SSL to securely transmit your Credit Card information to Realex. Customer Credit Card Information is not stored by Monaghan hire on our servers. On purchasing an item from this website the customer or prospective customer acknowledges that he accepts these conditions.
Damage/Loss in transit
Goods must be examined on arrival and any damage or loss must be reported to the Company in writing within three days of the date of delivery, otherwise the Company cannot be held responsible. The Customer must advise the Company within seven days of receiving an invoice if the goods have not been delivered.
